
Shabih Khan, M.D.
Primary Physician
He is rated among the Top Doctors in Internal Medicine for many years, actively involved in teaching Physican Assistant students from Drexel University. He is on medical advisory board of ACAC – a prestigious exercise facility in his area. Dr. Khan is vice chairman of the Department of Medicine at the Chester County Hospital.
Dr. Khan believes in Comprehensive Primary Care Medicine, following his patients through all spectrums of their care, from office to hospital to skilled care/long-term acute care to home care. He is know for this excellent bedside manners and generosity towards his patients and staff members.

Grace Tasman
Physician Assistant
Grace Tasman PA-C joined our team at Hospital Care Specialists, LLC in 2024. She grew up in Glenside, Pennsylvania and went to Pennsylvania State University where she received her bachelor’s degree. Then she moved onto Salus University to get her master’s in science, in Physician’s Assistant studies where she graduated Cum Laude. Grace received high honors in college including the Dean’s List and has previous experience as a Teaching Assistant and Academic Tutor during her studies. She has a background working primarily in Primary Care and she also rounds at Penn Medicine Chester County Hospital and Pocopson Nursing Home with Dr. Khan. She believes that education for our patients is what makes their care successful and long lasting. She currently resides in Wilmington, DE and enjoys sports, PennState Football, reading, and baking.

Erin Fitzpatrick
Office Manager, IT Supervisor, Billing Coordinator, and Clinical Manager
Erin received her Associates Degree at Kaplan Career Institute with high honors in 2014 and later received her National Certification in Medical Assisting with the NCCT in the same year. She joined Hospital Care Specialists, LLC in 2015 as a Certified Medical Assistant and in 2017 became the Assistant Office Manager. Erin believes teamwork is what makes Dr. Khans practice a success and is very dedicated to the patients and her fellow staff.
